John E. "Rett" Blake, III, MD
Education
John "Rett" Blake, III, M. D. graduated from University of Alabama, Birmingham in 2004. He completed an internship in Preliminary Surgery in 2005 and completed his residency in Anesthesiology and Fellowship training in Pain Management at University of Alabama, Birmingham in 2009. Dr. Blake completed his Board Certification test in October 2009. He is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, & Alabama
