John E. "Rett" Blake, III, MD
Dr. Blake received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2004. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at UAB in 2008 and completed his Pain Medicine Fellowship at UAB in 2009. Dr. Blake is board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He is the current (2014) President of the Tennessee Pain Society. Dr. Blake has worked extensively with the Tennessee Medical Association and the Department of Health with issues regarding prescription opioids. Dr. Blake treats all areas of pain, but specializes in interventional spine minimally invasive procedures.
Thomas P. Miller, MD
Dr. Miller is a Board Member of the Tennessee Society of Interventional Pain, Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Diplomat in Pain Management. Dr. Miller received a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas, San Antonio in 1975. He studied Anesthesiology and Pain Management at North Carolina Memorial Hospital Pain Management from 1975-1978. Dr. Miller has been in private practice in Athens, Tennessee and Chattanooga, Tennessee since 1978. Dr. Miller is on the Allied Health Staff at all area hospitals. He and his family reside in Ooltewah.

Thomas Holcomb received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2010. Thomas received his Masters of Science in Nursing with emphasis in Family Nurse Practitioner from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014. He is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Chattanooga Area Nurses in Advanced Practice. He enjoys traveling, the beach and outdoor activities. Todd Stanford, PA
Todd’s professional medical career spans 16 years. His experience includes psychiatry-rehabilitation, neurosurgery and chronic pain management. He received his Physician Assistant license from the University of Utah in 1998. Todd has been licensed in TN and GA since 2007. He enjoys fishing, skiing and boating. Todd and his family reside in East Brainerd. Todd joined Specialists in Pain Management in 2014.

Denise Tate received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2003. Denise received her Masters of Science in Nursing degree with an emphasis in Family Nursing Practitioner from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN in 2013. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Chattanooga Area Nurses in Advanced Practice and Sigma Theta Tau international Honor Society of Nursing. She enjoys reading, travel and spending time with her family. Denise and her family reside in Athens, TN. Denise joined Specialists in Pain Management in 2013.
Robert Sciulli, PA
Robert has worked full time in both inpatient and outpatient pain management since 2002. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University and Kettering College of Medical Arts. He is on the Allied Health staff at all area hospitals. Robert is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Tennessee Association of Physician Assistants (TAPA). He enjoys collecting sports memorabilia. Robert and his family are happy to call Ooltewah home. Robert joined Specialists in Pain Management in 2010.
