Insurance:
We accept most insurance plans. All insurance is verified for coverage benefits before a patient is scheduled. If there are any out of network issues they will be discussed with the patient before the appointment is scheduled.

Cash, Check, Credit & Debit Cards

Emergencies:
After hours dial (423) 698-0850 and you will be transferred to our answering service.

Additional Information:
Our providers will not call in prescriptions after hours for any reason. Also, our office is closed on all major holidays including the day after Thanksgiving.
